Procedure for Visas

There are a few easy stages involved in obtaining a South Korea student visa, and they are as follows:

  • First, you need to send your completed application form to the Korean Universities Admission Center (KUAC) along with your academic transcripts, a copy of your passport, your student code of conduct, your graduation certificate (from your previous school), and documentation of your language ability.
  • The KUAC will now review your files to determine whether or not your profile is authentic and appropriate for the study program you applied for.
  • They will interview the student to see whether the profile is authentic after the assessment is successful
  • They will send you the offer letter together with the KUAC fee invoice if everything is in order
  • Now get your paperwork together, including your study plan, personal statement, affidavit of support, family relationship certificate, six-month bank statement, bank balance, and medical checkup report.
  • Send the Korean Universities Admission Center all of these documents at this time, together with the billed payments
  • You will receive the final admission from the college.
  • You can submit your visa application once you have received the final admission letter
  • The embassy will approve your visa if there are no issues with your profile, and after it is approved, you can proceed to South Korea for your higher education.
